RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

You can return or exchange products if:

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is damaged/defective on arrival.

  • The item is not as described or shown.

Note: Custom-made prescription eyewear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3.2 Return Timeline

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate, contact us at store.eyeland@gmail.com with your order ID and images of the product.

3.3 Return Process

  1. Email us your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).

  3. Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/tags intact.

3.4 Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued to the provided bank account or UPI ID.

3.5 Exchange Policy

We allow one-time exchange for the same product category (subject to availability).
Prescription lenses cannot be exchanged once customized.

3.6 Non-Returnable Items

  • Contact lenses

  • Opened or used lens cleaning liquids

  • Custom prescription eyewear

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items

3.7 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please report within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos for faster resolution.
