RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
You can return or exchange products if:

You receive the wrong item.

The product is damaged/defective on arrival.

The item is not as described or shown.
Note: Custom-made prescription eyewear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3.2 Return Timeline
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate, contact us at store.eyeland@gmail.com with your order ID and images of the product.
3.3 Return Process

Email us your order details and reason for return.

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).

Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/tags intact.
3.4 Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued to the provided bank account or UPI ID.
3.5 Exchange Policy
We allow one-time exchange for the same product category (subject to availability).
Prescription lenses cannot be exchanged once customized.

Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items
3.7 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please report within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos for faster resolution.
