  • Eyeland and Pariyani Enterprise are not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from inaccurate prescriptions submitted by the user.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on Eyeland are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Payments can be made through secure online methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other payment gateways integrated on our platform.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns, Exchange & Refunds

  • Eyeland follows a fair return and replacement policy in case of manufacturing defects, wrong products delivered, or damage in transit.

  • Prescription eyewear and custom lenses cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery with original packaging intact.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
